User Account Deletion Policy
At Big Meat Mart, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over your personal data. If you wish to delete your user account and associated data, you can do so through our website, mobile app, or by filling out the deletion request form below.
For Web Users
- Login to your Big Meat Mart account.
- Click on your Profile icon (top right corner).
- Go to Settings on the left side.
- Select Delete Profile and confirm.
For Mobile App Users
- Open the Big Meat Mart App.
- Tap on the Menu (bottom right corner).
- Go to Profile → Delete Profile.
- Confirm deletion when prompted.
What Happens After Deletion
- All personal data will be permanently deleted within 7 business days.
- Order history will be anonymized and kept only for legal and accounting purposes.
- You’ll be logged out and cannot access your account again.
